"Tim gets it done. Honestly, I was very nervous about buying my first home but Tim patiently walked me through the process. Tim handpicked houses he thought I might like, something I haven’t seen other agents do. He knows a lot about the different real estate markets in the Bay Area and found a home I really loved in an area I didn’t expect. I had such a great experience buying through Tim that I went back to him to sell. "We have used Tim for 15 years. We bought the Townhouse with him, and lived in it for 3 years. When we moved during the Great Recession he found a tenant, and we rented it for 12 years to 3 great tenants. We made the improvements he recommended, and sold the Townhouse easily in 2 weeks."
