Bought a Single Family home in Danville 2022, sold a single family home in San Ramon, CA.

We first met Tim Palumbo in Danville at an Open House. A month later, after having met agent after agent, my wife and I decided to call Tim to help us find our new home. The decision to work with Tim was a no brainer; from our first conversation and throughout the home buying process, Tim was genuinely interested in listening to our concerns and ensuring he had our best interests. Not something that we personally felt we were getting from numerous other agents. Tim has been in the industry for a long time. His connections are invaluable and helps ensure the process moves smoothly from beginning to end. We are ecstatic and so very glad we decided to work with Tim, because in the end, he found us a home that truly fits all of our needs. "Tim gets it done. Honestly, I was very nervous about buying my first home but Tim patiently walked me through the process. Tim handpicked houses he thought I might like, something I haven’t seen other agents do. He knows a lot about the different real estate markets in the Bay Area and found a home I really loved in an area I didn’t expect. "Tim is the best realtor that we have worked with so far. He first impressed us with knowledge of the east bay area market and awareness of upcoming listings. We have placed some offers, and thanks for his patience, he was very right about every bid we made but still was helping and agreeing with us every time too! Until we finally got almost a still in this sellers market, yay - very happy!! Also Tim is a very nice guy, looking forward for him stopping by after we settle down in the new place. Many tanks!!"

"Tim knows the climate of the realty industry and knows what is important and what is not. His attention to necessary details is relieving to know that you are in good hands with him as your realtor.
